The SeguraNet Awareness Centre, under the responsibility of the Directorate-General for Education (DGE), has the mission of promoting Digital Citizenship and Media Education in Schools. The Movement Against Hate Speech – Young People for Human Rights online was a campaign promoted by the Youth Sector of the Council of Europe, which ran until the end of 2017, carried out by young people and with young people, online and offline.
